For your shopping convenience and security, we use Paypal which accepts all major credit cards. For most items, the shipping charges are included in the purchase price. However, in the case of large or bulky items, additional charges may apply. Please contact us for further information. Sales tax is added to items shipped to California.
Terms of Sale
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify us by e-mail of your intention to return within 3 business days of receipt. We ask that you ship the item in its original shipping container and packing materials within 2 working days from the time of notification. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price less shipping and insurance.
The buyer has a total of 5 business days to initiate the return of the item. If we do not receive the buyers notification of intent to return and the shipping has not begun within that time, the item cannot be returned. Modified or altered items will not be accepted for return.
Due to the nature of antique pieces, if the piece is not to your complete satisfaction, there is no negotiation for a partial refund or reduction.
We do our best to give detailed descriptions and photographs of the condition of each item. Should you find an item not as described, we will refund the entire purchase price and the cost of shipping and insurance. Refunds will be in the same form as payment.
We recommend sending any returned items via USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx, with appropriate insurance. Buyer is responsible for the safe return of the item.
